This whole age verification thing seems like an excellent opportunity for phishing attacks. I’d be checking thoroughly that a request is legit before handing over my ID.

I’ve seen someone receive a Bluesky request for verification but I believe Bluesky is exempt atm 🤷🏼‍♂️

This issue, in a very crowded field, clearly shows how the duopoly has not worked for Australia’s benefit, but merely for their own.

Time to remove these parasites

Their lobbying is not in vain. Albanese Govt is considering loopholes to protect interests of gas giants over Aus households & #climate.”

With current government emission reduction commitments there is 75% chance 2ºC will be breached (via UNEP)

Exactly. The conservatives have abandoned their traditional base for the fringe vote. People turned to the Teals and now Labor is aiming to scoop up those voters by being the Liberal Party of the 1990.

So, who are the traditional Labor voters going to vote for 🤷🏼‍♂️
94 seats! "Labor has the space to do what it wants – and what it wants, apparently, is to be the Liberal Party of the 1990s."

World leaders must find the courage to end the fossil-fuel age
Despite the weak agreement seen at the COP30 climate conference, Brazil was right to prioritize discussing the eventual phase-out of fossil fuels. Others must now help to find a way forward.

Maybe, if the dozen or so white billionaires that are hoarding all the wealth shared it around, or if they contributed to stopping poverty, or climate change and making the planet liveable for future generations, then people might be interested in having children
Anytime you encounter this in the wild, just reply "so?"

The only reason anyone would care if white people "went extinct" (and, Christ, get a grip) would be if they thought white people were inherently superior for some reason. Make them say that with their whole chest.
