I used to have a bowl of Warheads around for flashbacks and can personally endorse sour candy as a somatic system shakeup to get yourself back in your body and the present.
other things to try:
Sour candy (like on the scale of sour gummies or lemonheads), focus on the intense sensation.
Focus on things with zero emotional content. Do times tables in your head unless that's a bad memory for you. Read a very dry Wikipedia article.
