I'm sure there is some truth to this, but time use surveys consistently show people from all demographic groups spend more time alone, and less time in social situations, than they have historically. The "male" loneliness epidemic is really just a general loneliness epidemic.
I'm starting to wonder how much "the male loneliness epidemic" is just straight and bisexual women identifying low-effort, mean, and incompetent men and choosing not to date, marry, and tolerate them anymore

We say Amtrak and the post office "lose money" but we never say highways, the court system, the Pentagon, etc lose money
