I witnessed more dangerous driving on my bike ride this morning than I usually do in a whole day. Methinks people are driving under the influence of drugs and drink, probably the night after getting intoxicated. Drug driving is going to be a catastrophe this week.
PS. Don't.

Trump's opening words,
"11 MONTHS AGO, I INHERITED A MESS" was perhaps the biggest lie of his entire angry Miller-written speech.

Taco Don inherited a booming economy from Biden, & so far, he's driven it into the ground.

Let's hope MAGATs can separate the salesman from the product.

This is obscene. Why can't other politicians say that?

the #BikeBus shows how safety in numbers gives kids the chance to ride, learn, and build confidence on streets that would not feel safe alone. Protected bike lanes, diverters, and street designs that separate children from cars are what make this joy possible every day, not just on Bike Bus days.

FBI Leader Crumbles During Basic Questions About Threat of “Antifa”

Well, this sure sounds like a confession that antifa’s designation as a domestic terror group was based on nothing.

We need more bike buses.
As both a teacher and a parent, I see every day how challenging it can be for families to figure out how to give their children real freedom in the world. Again and again, the #BikeBus shows me that it is one of the best tools we have for scaffolding independence.

Trump's racist tirades toward Somalis are a test of how much fascist ethnic persecution the American people will tolerate, says @saletan.bsky.social. So public backlash and sinking polls (Trump at 38% on immigration!) are heartening.

This shady deal was BLOCKED.

A private equity company tried to abuse the bankruptcy system to slither out of paying what they owe to seniors neglected in its nursing homes.

We stayed in the fight and the deal was blocked.

Next, we need PE out of health care altogether.

Calling the press “fake news” is harmful. Calling them “seditious, perhaps even treasonous” for publishing reporting is something else entirely. Treason is a capital crime. Suggesting journalists should face it for exercising their First Amendment rights and doing their jobs is dangerous.

Seriously, the article mentions 11 people killed on or by ebikes and emotorcycles over the course of a few years. Cars kill over 40,000 people in the US each year, including people on ebikes.
Wait until they hear about cars.
But seriously - yes, agree, regulate e-bikes. But also give them space and infrastructure: protected bike lanes and designated and required parking spaces.
