* are convicted felons, 34x over
* are adjudicated sexual offenders
* have cheated their wife with a porn star
* scammed a charity & guilty of creating a scam university
* were best friends with America's most prolific pedophile

Good point. ICE is guarding those facilities, along with, at times, the National Guard and the Marines, going so far as to arrest mayors and congresspersons for fear they'll find out what's going on in those facilities.
