Maybe the dairy industry should create a product people want instead of one they have to dump directly into the nation’s waterways by the hundreds of thousands of gallons or store unwanted inside of caves.
lots of good theories going around about the weird whole milk advertising going on right now, but my personal one is the milk industrial complex is worried and mad about the growth of milk alternatives like soy or oat milk and want to reclaim previous cultural dominance

Also just not paying royalties because of a self determined reason like “we don’t want to” doesn’t seem like how royalties (should) work.
