Supp. 3d 1 (D.D.C. 2012), but the screenshot showed a citation for 931 F.
Supp. 2d 48 (D.D.C. 2013). What is more, even without reading the case appearing as the third result (which the Court views as the baseline), it should
give any reasonable lawyer pause to cite a federal case from the D.D.C. while
discussing New York state law. Indeed, as it turns out, this third result is a Fair Credit Reporting Act case and makes no mention of GBL § 349.
