Have a dr appointment tomorrow with the doctor that caught me drug seeking during a manic episode. This is the first time I’m seeing him since that happened. We have a relationship going way back and he didn’t drop me as a client, so that’s a good sign…but I can’t say I’m looking forward to this lol

I’m still planning on probably staying off of bsky for a while because I think it’s necessary for my mental health (not related to any recent posts or anything in particular, I think I just caught Social Media Brain). But I’m going to put my energy into this blog instead for now.

I appreciate that you recognize this rule to DMs because it’s one of the biggest red flags possible when a dude DMs a woman out of the blue with something that could have been a reply. It never leads anywhere good.

Therapy in 20 minutes with the LADC and honestly, I haven’t slept well in 2 nights so this is going to be a bit of a slog. We’ve only had 3 appointments together so far so we don’t know each other well enough for her to carry the appointment for me like my other therapist 😭
