Somebody needs to explain to the Secretary of Transportation that this is none of his business

I'm sure someone else has had this take somewhere, but is this the beginning of the end for the bowls? Players already know it's not worth it. Maybe teams are starting to figure it's not worth it. If it's not the playoffs, it doesn't matter (if you're from a big conference that is)
