So far, so good.
Trump has always said he wants to 'take the guns'.

The 'who's guns?' bit has never been adequately addressed.
Q: Do you agree with the assessment from some of your own officials that Alex Pretti is a domestic terrorist or assassin?

TRUMP: Well, I haven't heard that, but he certainly shouldn't have been carrying a gun. I don't like that he had a gun.

Also Tom Homan: "No we will not reveal the names of our brave, heroic masked agents who kill you with impunity."

That aside, neighbors, friends and helpers know who's on their side already. Now the homicidal goons will, too.

This is escalation, not 'softening' Media ought report it as such.
TOM HOMAN: “We’re going to create a database where those people that are arrested for interference, impeding and assault, we’re going to make them famous. We’re going to put their face on TV. We’re going to let their employers, in their neighborhoods, in their schools, know who these people are.”

Quote-posting' this guy' not on the lifetime bingo card but, yeah "mortal kombat finsih him.gif'.

They're on the ropes. Relentless Offense Now. #StrongStyle
The killing of Alex Pretti and the grotesque lying was an overreach by the administration. They've paid a price and had to pull back a bit. But it's when there's some disarray that the democratic opposition needs to intensify the offensive, and turn a marginal tactical success into a major victory.

Stephen Miller should come to Minneapolis now, dressed in just an ill-fitting suit, and stand on Whittier to explain the situation.

Surely, he will get a traditional welcome and everyone will understand. What could happen?

Having lived through all of it (somehow), this thread is an astute summation of 'how we got here'. From Thatcher's 'Society doesn't exist', the throughline to an idiot like Andy Ogles' ' Who cares, it's just a bunch of Libtards'(PP)', goes way, way back. All of it.

Flags were raised even back then.
As I've been saying. Just as I was graduating from high school, America began its final slide. Not only politically, but culturally, too. I don't think the emergence of hair metal, just for one example, is wholly unrelated to the Reagan Revolution, or to Gordon Gekko, or to Alex P. Keaton.

20-ish yrs ago, most 'left'/oppo folks (👋) would have been loggerheads against this person.

If you, stop. Listen. What's laid out here 'seems' exactly correct. Many 'professional fomenters' want to froth this up.

Resist that. Ghandi the 'f' out. Only way. 'Cuz they want a shoot-show.
the thing people need to understand is this is not an accident. this is intentional. the people behind this are degenerates who spent a lot of time developing insurgenices and counterinsurgencies all over the world, and their expertise was in bring these movements to a head.
what is there to be afraid of. You stay at home they break down your doors and disappear you. You help a lady up and they shoot you. You drive through an area after dropping your kids off at school, they shoot you.

If you're not safe anywhere, you are not safe anywhere and will act accordingly

No masks. High viz. These are effective counter-visuals.

Donuts aside.
Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

I'm dumb but, one would think that these are public records; payroll, attached SSNs, stationing, etc.

If it's not public info, why not? Confidential? Secret? OK, but why? This ain't the CIA, FBI or any other agency that might require such.

These are murderous goons. Dumber than even me. Abolish.
Just escalation after escalation

'ICE"has been popping at the top of 'Trending' and then it disappears, gets to the front again and vanishes yet again.

Surely there's no bigger story.

What's the game here?

One year in and the world is basically doing Mr.Trump's sullen, folded arms posture. But now it's a fuck you mirror.

'America is either in or it's out' is the prevailing global opinion. The latter prevailing. $ is tanking. JPY up.

Putin must be delighted that this whole op worked so efficiently.

The docs will be going between toes in short order.
So the right hand is bruised from shaking hands and the left hand is bruised from hitting it on a desk. Got it.

Summon the time-traveling DeLorean, stat!
Mike Johnson: "I was the product of an unplanned teen pregnancy exactly one year before Roe. A lot of people tried to convince my very young parents that they should just take care of that problem. But I am eternally grateful that they allowed me the chance at life."

The organizing described here sounds phenomenal. And very effective. Hopefully those who pulled it together can export/teach it to other locations.

Because it will likely be necessary, sadly.

Oh no, global villain Welthand has told us that we cannot join his Extraordinary League of Beautiful Peace, alongside such super-luminary nations such as...let's just see

...going alphabetically here...

Azerbaijan, Belarus...

Ye, gods. What shall we do? Let's confer with France and Sweden.

What rough, slouching beast is this? Where is it slouching towards? Has its hour come at last?
OMG look at this photo of Trump’s entry into his Davos speech JUST LOOK AT IT (from The Daily Beast)

The agent pictured appears to be unable to pass any fitness qualification for both mil or LEO service.

The only likely reason Hefty here went to work today was because the Feds eagerly hired him, told him he could act with brutal impunity and he enjoys the task.

Consequences need to forthcome.
This guy went to work today, put a mask on, kidnapped a 5 year old child, and then used him as bait so both he and his father could be sent behind bars

Assuming the MTs are free and fair, ComerPile should be put in a corner on stool with a cone hat.

And relentlessly bullied at lunch. Call him 'Mr. Stoolman' every time he rises.
COMER: Bondi has complied. She's turned over Epstein documents

ANSARI: 1% is not compliance

COMER: They're trying to get this

ANSARI: The subpoena from this committee was issued in July

COMER: Nobody on our side is defending Pam Bondi. They are turning documents over

Let those flowing locks down and it's basically Richard O' Brien from Rocky Horror.

With less elocution, make-up and weirdness. And more heft.

At least we know where some of the 5th Column resides, plots and propagandizes.

Glad they're dumb like that.
Imagine being Canadian, listening to Carney and Trump's speeches at Davos, and deciding that you side with Trump against your own people. #cdnpoli

Going a little further back one can note tBerserkers, Huns and since Turkiye is partly in Europe, well, there was that Empire.

Been a lot.

America has won precisely 0-1 (+/-) wars on its own ('1776' had France onside), save the one where it fought itself.

Maybe they're about to do it again?
One of the reasons Europe is militarily weak is because we wanted them that way after WWII because the continent and culture that produced Napolean, Alexander, Caesar, Hitler, Clausewitz, Nelson (do I need to go on?) knows how to get its war on.

This Homan fellow is operating under the amusing ruse that he will be politely ushered into the bunker they're building under the ballroom.

Sad news, fella.

1) When shit kicks, the bunker will've been delayed by contractor disputes.

2) 'Host' doesn't want 'your type' in. Only The Best People!
Homan: "Let's make it clear: ICE can detain a US citizen if they have probable cause that this person may have committed a crime. A short detainment and questioning, all you need is reasonable suspicion."

One a' them 'Who the fuck cares aboutcher numbers?' ego laments.

'Sustain' ya talk, ya dipshit.

It ain't 2012. The interval has brought us many blessings and horrors.

Europe: "If you void int'l law, ok then, so is such law re: copyright void as far as EU is concerned.'

US CEOs gonna go 'Hey, wait. Not like that.' Too bad.

+ the debt. UK could call +/- 900B alone. $ freaks.

Be too late when EU says FU.

-CN pincer move on debt. Bad.

Dumb suicidal bluff, 47.
All it would take is for a bunch of these CEOs to confront Trump in front of the world and tell him he's unfit to run a hot-dog stand, and his presidency would be over. Seriously.

But none of them has the balls to do it.
