I kind of live in the middle of nowhere, so saving up for a decent e‑bike was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Just twenty minutes of cycling now allows me to reach the nearest town with a train station--not to mention the physical and mental health benefits from exercise.

In general, I'd argue that scholarship on non-Jewish victims of the Third Reich is essential, necessary, and a needed counterweight to oversimplified narratives of the Holocaust.
But Jews were far and away the primary TARGETS of the Third Reich, even if they weren't its only victims.
