I'm apologizing to my new followers in advance.
This snow storm is kind of disappointing so far.

I do not love that my internal clock has me waking up around 4am lately.

Opened my bedroom blinds because I love a snowstorm and the windows are too wet to see out of.

Having to recalibrate some of my emotional things after allowing them to be neglected and I hate that anger is so prevalent. I know it will pass but still.

I have a feeling that tomorrow's snow will be the heart attack kind. I should move a shovel near my door but will it matter?
November 26, 2025 at 1:39 AM
I'm supposed to go to the eagle tomorrow and I'm hoping the snow is enough that I can skip it.

My mom is in charge of turkey day meal this week which is why all that I need to do is bake a frozen pie.

If my dad was doing it I'd probably make a few pies or something but my mom is just ordering everything from a store and ok, I'll take it easy.

Different sizes of infinity breaks my brain a bit
In 1874, Georg Cantor proved that there are different sizes of infinity. This unorthodox discovery kicked off descriptive set theory, a field that works to organize and define abstract collections of mathematical objects. www.quantamagazine.org/a-new-bridge...

Pouring grease down the drain is bad for your pipes, the city/county/state pipes, and treatment plants. Yes some will go down as you wash your dishes but that's not what we're talking about and you know it.

Don't be a blockhead.
grease floats.

when it flows in sewage and into our plants, it thickens as temps fall, separating in our settling tanks.

the churning water forms grease globs that build like snowballs, and operators remove them so they don’t clog the process.

listen. don’t pour grease down your drains.

I'm gonna vibe code an app that looks like it works but doesn't and has so many holes that you could use it as a doily but call it like "ice hammer" or something and collect millions. It's just gonna track white South Africans who complain on xitter.

I mean I won't but it's a thought.
NEW: ICE has torn up its $180M cap on a proposed immigrant-tracking program and is now guaranteeing private surveillance firms at least $7.5M each, with potential payouts reaching $281M per vendor. The change signals a shift from “pilot” to full-scale outsourcing of street-level investigative work.

Years ago I started saving recipes to my mote taking app and I'm so grateful I did.
NEW: AI “recipe slop” is overrunning search and social. Food creators say Google’s AI Overviews and glossy fake food pics are drowning out real, tested recipes — collapsing traffic and setting home cooks up for disaster, especially this Thanksgiving.

Lol,when I was in scouts there was a venture group tied directly with the national guard, pretty common actually. It was a recruitment tool. Venture was always coed.

Again this admins incompetence is showing through.

Was trying to empty a propane tank to store it in the garage for the winter and apparently it wasn't as empty as I thought.

So uhh where should I store it for the winter? I don't have a shed or anything

Rad power is done. Check your battery to see if you're part of this but don't expect help sadly.

But just recently I was thinking about how ebike batteries should be standardized and this reinforces that.
