Yes. But there is no filibuster in the House. So only R votes needed to pass the budget. And Johnson will not have a vote to extend ACA subsidies. The only leverage that the Dems had to was to filibuster a budget that didn't include funding for ACA subsidies.

I believe Schumer voted against it. It was Senators that were retiring and ones that were in fear of getting primaried. I know I spelled that wrong oh well🤷 I was kinda shocked that Senator Jackie Rosen voted yes though?
