I agree that would be a problem. That would have possibly made the Republicans do something? All that so called momentum from last Tuesday night is gone completely gone. Democrats always find a way to fuck it up.

Yes. But there is no filibuster in the House. So only R votes needed to pass the budget. And Johnson will not have a vote to extend ACA subsidies. The only leverage that the Dems had to was to filibuster a budget that didn't include funding for ACA subsidies.

That's unfair to clowns. They are funny (or at least that's their goal). This is pathetic cowardice which not only hurts the ability millions of people to obtain affordable health insurance, but simultnaeously hands the Rs a political win and sabatoges the Democratic party.
