How tf am I supposed to also pay medical bills, utilities, rising grocery costs, gas, etc?

A few years ago my former church did a multi-week study where we as a congregation went through the denominational deacon training materials, and I was so appalled that I stood up and asked straight out,
"Has *a single* poor person vetted any of this? Because this is dehumanizing and undignified"

I have a project that I'm passionate about, believe it would do good in the world, and have the skills to execute.......but can't figure out how to fit it into my schedule now that I'm not working the early shift (like I have for the past decade).
