This is so true! I’d also add that art itself is a *great* tool for increasing distress and frustration tolerance. Making it a regular practice to challenge yourself, to the point of small frustrations or anxieties, can help expand general emotional tolerance!
Most of us understand that drawing isn't a matter of inherent talent, but aquired skill. I also think a lot about how your success in learning to draw might have to do with how well you handle frustration, and how comfortable you are with making mistakes. The barrier i usually see--

Two years using a digital second brain and it's helped me tremendously with getting things done, remembering things (considering my swiss cheese adhd brain), and improving my self concept.
Going to be revising it a LOT this month to support a more streamlined use <3
