I used to be really poor and got a lot of my food via dumpster diving. Holy shit it radicalized me so fast. They throw out literally tonnes of perfectly good food- stuff not even out of date or recalled, because of aesthetic damage, change of seasons, whatever.

When I was around 17 I got fired from my job at mcdonalds for "stealing drinks"
In other words, on the rare occasion a drink was incorrectly made or a drink order would get cancelled, I wouldn't tip the drink down the sink. The other staff and I would drink it.
Isn't that fucking insane lmao
