90% of the things I needed out of notion, I ended up building myself. I want to save people the trouble of the trial and error, and the frustration of filtering through useless templates.

If i had a dime for every template I downloaded from a content creator "swearing by their notion saving their life" and all it had was a glorified checklist i could structure in my notes app I'd have like, at least 10$

Using the time to tighten up and implement all the new options will also give me a good baseline where I can start making some templates of features I use to share with others. Notion templates are a dime a dozen but very few actually meet my functional criteria so I'd like to share my ideas

My Notion SB is really messily structured in comparison to a lot of the new implementations and features in the last 2 years. IE: Multi-database structures made before sub-tasks as a feature were implemented. I can likely cull a lot of weird relations and get clearer reporting by revising those

While I would like to make the move to using Obsidian, the data features I require would need some js and SQL knowledge to craft. Learning a whole new app when i need to untangle some of the weeds on my current SB and secure stable income is just going to need to be a backburner project for now.
