Incredibly excited to kick off October Horror with my look at Jim Van Bebber’s short films. Roadkill and My Sweet Satan are two of his strongest works, offering particularly nightmarish visions of Ohio.

There are great pieces in store this year, and I have another Ohio piece coming down the line!

Neil Young Unreleased has made it over here. I know some of my friends will want to know this.
50 years ago this week, Neil recorded some of his most intensely felt songs. Some, such as Frozen Man, remained unreleased for 46 years. Neil had come to realise that his relationship with Carrie Snodgress, mother of his first son, was over. Here is another, Vacancy.
