I've always bristled at the animosity between artists and 'the suits', as I know so many smart suits. But the AI hype is driving home a legitimate issue; that many bean-counters have no taste or creative awareness whatsoever, resent artists, and need to be vigorously fought against to protect art.

I’m not sure what to make of this survey, honestly? If you’re a young person in solidarity with Gaza, or against police killings, or you’re trans or queer, would you have reason to trust the news?

Extremely thankful for the work that the people at Vinegar Syndrome have done to Abel Ferrara's New Rose Hotel, only because I've been too used to seeing this film on a DVD rip for so many years.
