It’s Roger Moore’s birthday! This piece I wrote on his book about the making of LIVE AND LET DIE went wildly viral, sent the price of used copies of the book into the thousands for a spell, and very probably was a factor in the book being reprinted. web.archive.org/web/20170424...

I paid a lot but not CRAZY a lot. Most in the area were $850 a pop but a few near the soundboard were considerably (considerably!) less.

I goofed my pre-registration for Rush tix. I am only allowed to bid on nights 3 and 4. Not sure why this happened but I can't fix it now. My chances are cut in half but I'm going to keep hope alive.

Good to have friends in my corner at this time.

I have set a cap on what I am willing to spend. I just want to be in the arena, in the 100s or below row 12 in the 200s at MSG.

I don't need to go 4 nights, 1 will suffice.
