If you are a fan of the eerie and the weird, you will want to make your way to Cotesbach in the East Midlands.

This is going to be brilliant.

I’ve had a fabulous couple of days at Kenton Primary in Devon, where every child has worked together to create this ‘two piece’ display for their school entrance. Thanks again to @edfinch.bsky.social for inviting me over.

So they want to do the thing that is both morally wrong and definitely bad for our economy and society as whole, in order to 'counter' Reform who would do exactly the same thing.
"Sir Keir Starmer’s new cabinet is prepared to overhaul human rights laws to tackle immigration — even if it makes his MPs feel “queasy” — as it seeks to counter Reform UK and win voters’ trust." [Sunday Times]

In 2001 I married my wife, Sylvia.
In 2005 I started medical transition. (1/13)

Fascinating to learn a little of the history of @welcometowillerby.bsky.social beyond the published stories.
@wyrdfolkpod.bsky.social will be interested to read this.
I think that apart from the Magritte gag (which is rather good), this will be simply perplexing to anyone unfamiliar with Willerby.
Which is, to my mind, a good reason to become familiar with Willerby.

#BackToSchool and taking this to heart this year #SelfCare is going to be central and already set some clear boundaries for myself to start as I mean to go on! #ScoEdu #EduSky
If you’re #BackToSchool today remember self care is CPD. You’re the most expensive resource in your classroom.

Set boundaries & keep them 90% of the time.

Eat, drink and go to the toilet. Take time off when you’re sick.

Look after each other, share resources, worries & ridiculous stories. 😊

I think I'll have a negroni and a bowl of really nice olives please.

A skinny man in black jeans and vest top. A heavy bag of groceries dangles from one hand while the other supports a box of Heineken tins balanced on a shoulder. The phone in his back pocket blasts muffled death core metal.
As I step into the road to pass him, he emits a shrill, trumpetlike fart.
