A bunch of cats stand on the sidewalk at night, listening for a faraway "THUMP THUMP THUMP." Three small apes walk by with confetti as the thumps get louder. Suddenly, the garbage ape appears, holding two outstretched garbage cans. The cats rejoice at the garbage ape's approach. The ape leaves the cans, full of garbage, in front of the cats as they cheer, and an owl comments "The garbage ape returns."
