Until we get rid of PBMs, we need to do a better job educating people to evaluate Part D plans during annual enrollment periods. You can price check your meds & change plans to lower cost. And use Cuban's Cost Plus. My premiums doubled so I changed to a zero premium plan & use Cost Plus for 2 meds.
