Over Thanksgiving break, i knitted two full patterned headbands with two strands of yarn held together, and this is how much i had left of one of the yarns when i had finished the second bind-off. I WIN AT YARN CHICKEN!!!

Was hoping for a quiet day, instead I'm going to be busy until literally end of. Feeling extremely disgruntled about this, esp bc the weather today is glorious (in preparation for the cold storm coming down the next 3 days). Took the dog for a nice leisurely sniff walk, at least. :(

Every year, without fail, come winter my hands start drying out faster than loofah. And every year, once i have complained long enough that none of my various hand creams work, i go back to Neutrogena Norwegian formula. Thee hand cream for winter weather, it's been 20 yrs and it has never failed me.

You will live forever in my heart, Freddie. His life was the first time i heard the term 'bisexual' and even though i didn't know what i was at the time, i still remember feeling warmed from within. His memory is a blessing.

Nothing I'm doing now is in any way related to my (4) degrees. But i was badly burnt out and needed a job and started doing admin for a legal office, liked the work, then sort of kept accidentally moving upwards until i hit this job that i now love. 🤷🏻 Literally all based on work experience.

I know it's a tad early but I know those bitches with the buckets will be out soon. Don't gove them a penny. The volunteers may not know but the salvation army is no ally and actively combative and harmful to many queer minorities especially during the holiday season
