If telling the troops not to follow illegal orders is “sedition,” what do we call colluding with the Kremlin to manipulate the U.S. President into advancing Russian interests over America’s?

Californians are buying ice scrapers at Home Depot, then immediately returning them....bogging down the entire store, until Home Depot refuses to allow ICE to loiter at their location to detain innocent people.

Winter is coming. Scrape ICE.

We can do away with it without a new Supreme Court. Nor do we need a constitutional amendment. There’s a far simpler way to get rid of Citizens United. Let me explain. https://robertreich.substack.com/p/how-to-get-rid-of-citizens-united

They def intended for someone to try, hence all the, y’know, checks & balances…

…but an entire pol party decided to devote the past decade to eroding those checks & balances, so now we’re left to the whims of a compromised, senile, emperor-has-no-skin, piggy of a President who calls all the shots
The writers of the Constitition never intended for a criminal tyrant to be president.

Hmmm…what USAID wasn’t bad for America…what if getting rid of it only hurt us and everyone else?

What if the richest man in the world being responsible for ending aid to the poorest people in the world will go down as one of the most bizarre and disgusting acts of the 21st century?

There were two US citizens in the car. They were apprehended and detained for “obstructing” ICE by honking their horn to let people know ICE was in the neighborhood.

Sports gambling has the potential to screw both sports and gambling.

I love sports, gamble at the Sportsbook when in Vegas, played DFS for years.

But I don’t play anymore. The “competition” is just bots on algorithms now.

…and now the sports themselves are being compromised.

America the Rigged
Sports gambling is not just corrupting our trust in sports, but America.

I truly believe the majority of Americans are constantly navigating a deluge of misinformation from politicians who claim that their COLLEAGUES on the other side are batshit crazy and want awful things for Americans.

Kinda tough to know how to vote for your own best interest in that scenario
Do you think every person of voting age should be required to vote by law?

I truly believe the majority of human beings want a better world and aren’t voting for it

It’s widely known (and, I think, pretty uncontroversial) that learning requires effort — specifically, if you don’t have to work at getting the knowledge, it won’t stick.

Even if an LLM could be trusted to give you correct information 100% of the time, it would be an inferior method of learning it.
Relying on ChatGPT to teach you about a topic leaves you with shallower knowledge than Googling and reading about it, according to new research that compared what more than 10,000 people knew after using one method or the other.

If you receive an illegal order, you have a duty to disobey.

This isn’t controversial.

A President calling for the execution of anyone who reminds service members of this oath is showing us why the duty to disobey illegal orders is so important in the first place.

The President of the United States is publicly calling for the political prosecution of his political opponents, urging the death penalty because they urged soldiers to uphold the rule of law.

This should be front page news everywhere. It is not, which tells much about how we got to this point.
