It's amazing that I can receive a text message, the notification has a button that says " Mark as read " and when you press it, it marks the messages read, but doesn't dismiss the " 1 " notification on the messages app, which you then need to go into in order to dismiss that notification.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.
