No bailouts. The US should extort these companies when the crash happens so they get minimal compensation in return for nationalizing the entire panopticon industry and then destroying it once harvested for socially useful parts. It won’t happen but it should
when its definitely not a hostage situation

I really enjoyed this documentary! I’ve been interested in Caro’s dedication since reading an article in Esquire about his LBJ series. The partnership between editing and writing is well explored in this. Living in NY state now, I have more curiosity about the Power Broker.

One of the stronger arguments for this is that Trump's anti-environment policies mean the proposed county will be among the first parts or Florida to sink beneath the rising sea levels he helped bring about 👍
A #Florida woman has launched a campaign to carve out barrier islands stretching from St. Augustine to Ponce Inlet and create a new FL county named after President Convicted Felon. www.news-journalonline.com/story/news/s...

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

This is genuinely one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen
Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.

The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.

"I could smell the onions and mustard."
