Dispatch was really satisfying to finish, immediately went back for a replay to see how some different choices would play out.
I was honestly expecting something a lot more edgy, meta, deconstructive, etc than what we got, a mostly earnest (if cheeky) superhero redemption story.

I don't just think our progressive taxation structure should eventually hit 100%, I actually think it should go above 100%. Oh you made it to the 5 million dollar earnings mark? 120%. We're taxing income we already taxed. Give that shit away next time. We're giving people homes/food since you won't.

On the subject of friction: try booting up a classic ROG and turn on a 4x EXP multiplier or something. See how boring the game gets real quick. Friction is important! You shouldn't be avoiding it, you should be finding out how much to use.

Like the idea of a big living ecosystem with seasons and stuff is sick but all you do is pick a season and ride the bird taxi to the monster you want. You'd actually do so much more by making players manually navigate and giving them auto-travel later. Make your players experience friction!
