Weird, I don't recall black lawmakers and institutions being threatened after Melissa and Mark Hortman were murdered...
Michigan Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist reports a credible bomb threat was called to his home on Thursday. Law enforcement responded quickly to the incident, he said.

That’s a lovely thought. But it could never happen with Donald Trump serving as president, and would never have been necessary if he weren’t.

Of course this is plainly impeachable
note how Trump explicitly links approving disaster aid for Wisconsin and South Dakota to the fact he won Wisconsin and South Dakota

If I have any credibility with you from 20 years of reporting on rightwing & fascist movements, please listen when I beg you not to celebrate Charlie Kirk getting shot. Leave aside morality: this isn’t a match in dry grass, it’s a torch. We do not want what this could ignite & we would not win.

Political violence is bad. It usually begets more political violence.

Celebrating political violence is bad. It usually encourages more political violence, against various targets.

Campus shootings are bad. They make everyone on campus less safe.

It's bad that what I wrote here is controversial.

I'm not a spokesman for anything but all these things are true:

1) Political violence is 100% wrong, no matter who the victim is.
2) This will undoubtedly be used by the govt as justification to hurt lots of other people and further curtail our rights.
3) I won't miss him but I don't wish him dead.

People shouldn't be assassinated, even people who said "It’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment."

I'm horrified by the shooting of Charlie Kirk at a college event in Utah.

Political violence has no place in our country.

I say this a lot but we are all so lucky this generation of fascists came of age on message boards and not stabbing people to death at close range in a trench while the world detonates endlessly around them
Night of the long knives but literally there’s no plan and everyone is just stabbing each other wildly and the stabbing is quote-poasting

Just noting - Trump is bragging about decorating the Oval Office in gold while telling America's kids to cut down on buying toys.
Trump to Carney: "You see the new and improved Oval Office. As it becomes more and more beautiful with love and 24 karat gold. That always helps too."
