Just in response to the "kids don't belong online" bit -- Speaking as a former kid who was rather thoroughly "othered" at school, and found refuge and social groups primarily via the Internet at the time? I dunno about that, chief. That kinda kept me sane and less depressed.

I finished Doki Doki Literature Club. I can't say much about this game without spoilers, but it was quite the experience, worth a playthrough. A game with very good character writing that plays with its own tropes without diminishing them and that plays with its own concepts in and out of gameplay.

It's hard being the AuDHD friend of board game people.
They love these elaborate games to take hours to set up, full of confusing and unclear rules and every time I want so badly to go home before the game is really even underway.
