Also the way they talked about racism was not helpful at all. Putting the responsibility of changing things solely on the people impacted by this is nasty work. Even in the racial profiling episode they avoid ot being a systemic issue. 😤😮💨

My parents were talking to my son about how cold it is in Philly because they just got back and they were attempting to explain how it was so cold that it hurts. He was not comprehending because he’s lived his whole life in PHX.

So Walmart took the prices off the tags in the store because they have the electronic signs (dynamic pricing) . So when they’re overcharging you at the register, you can’t look at the prices to confirm.

Mutual aid can be 3-5 ppl you commit to mutually looking out for. It can be sending $1-$20 when you have it. It looks like babysitting. It looks like sharing food stamps. It looks like being of service when you can. It looks like giving af about ur neighbors & ur neighbors giving af about you.
