I don't know how bad this is on the GOP side, but Democrats have a huge "club" problem. There are dozens of people I could name off the top of my head who have more to say about housing policy than Larry Summers but unfortunately, none of them are DC insiders.
NEW: Before the recent Epstein disclosures, Larry Summers was poised to lead the economic policy plank for the Democrats' "Project 2029" effort at the Center for American Progress. He signed off on a housing policy paper CAP was prepping for next week.

NEW: I found Jeffrey Epstein's Quora account from 2012, connected to one of his Gmail accounts. It's an interesting snapshot of who followed him back then, because most seem to have followed pre-2017 or even 2015.

This is a good question. Reuters reports Trump admin has hired 50,000 workers, primarily in immigration enforcement.

For context, that's equivalent to the total number of job losses in Health & Human Services, Veterans Affairs, USAID and Interior COMBINED, per the Partnership for Public Service

This. The NYT should give us answers, but we really don't want them running every crook's claims about famous people without a whole lot of additional reporting. And there was more than enough published info for Republicans to know Trump should have been nowhere near the presidency.
As a former member of NYT’s finance team & the co-author of this story exposing the relationship between Epstein & Bill Gates as well as one on Epstein & JPMorgan, I am really frustrated to see people claiming that NYT sat on publishable info about Trump and Epstein 🧵 www.nytimes.com/2019/10/12/b...

Proceduralism run amok: Everyone knew we should abolish the penny. Why didn't Obama or Biden just do it? Obama announced in 2016 he was putting Tubman on the $20. Biden announced in 2021 it would take until 2030 to put Tubman on the 20. Trump is putting himself on a dollar coin this year.
Harriet Tubman probably won't be on the $20 bill until at least 2030 — here's why
The Biden administration said it would "speed up" efforts to put Tubman on the $20 bill. But a lengthy bureaucratic process may make that impossible.

In my opinion, one of the biggest revelations from the Epstein-Trump emails is that Michael Wolff -- who calls himself a journalist -- acted as a publicist and PR crisis manager for the most notorious sexual predator in recent memory.

And he did this for YEARS!
