magenta horizon makes good on how hesitant a lot of games are to mix and match their enemy types in insane ways. this game has like 9 billion enemies and i would be surprised if less than like 80% of them showed up together at some point. even certain bosses will randomly get in the mix! it's fucked

Neon Inferno has been extremely fun!! Excellent run n gun action <3
But it desperately needs some stability updates. I've crashed 3 times today. Twice it interrupted my co-op play with a friend, once it interrupted an Arcade Mode run (early in). Very bad for a game where the ultimate goal is 1cc

I think people aren’t totally honest about how what was considered “good” game design has changed.
In 2005, little to no one was talking about “neutral skips” in fighters or i-frames in action games. Even among the most analytical players.
