if you are food insecure for both the humans and pets in your household there is a tool called Pet Help Finder that can help locate pet food banks nearby and other free or reduced price assistance and supplies for pets.

Had a beer with family & a friend yesterday. Friend is a long-time Eugeneian and very connected. And HE did not know much about Looking Glass's wide range of youth services, and now he wants a tour too. We might be kickstarting a Friends of Looking Glass group here.

A few weeks ago I zoomed with a group of high school students and their adult mentor to discuss taking social action. I am thrilled to report that this group of 10 students raised $10,000 in two weeks to support their local food pantry. They sent me a photo and it has them all jumping and I tear up.

Yesterday hung out with Daughter and then went to join OH & a buddy for a beer. OH told them they both liked singing, and buddy promptly recruited Daughter into his choir. And I told buddy about Mamdani's tiktok with a wheelchair-using journalist, and got OH to forward it to him. Great guy. Good day
