Empathy and mourning are selective. But if you only mourn the public killings of a few while tolerating politics that kill/maim Palestinians, migrants, trans people, disabled folk, women etc, then you need to rethink your understanding of “political violence” and recognise that it happens every day.

I've said it before and I'll gladly say it again: TERFs exist because actual out and out evangelicals have no power or mass base in British society, so they had to have some kind of nominal feminist cover for what is actually a deeply authoritarian agenda, and it worked.
