wtf
This reminds me of the OJ trial.

He got acquitted because the LAPD framed a guilty man.
Luigi Mangione seen smiling in court today after we learned this week that cops searched him without a warrant and turned off their body cams so they could plant the ghost gun in his bag. People are saying they tried to frame him, but these cops were so sloppy it just may free him.. #fblifestyle

By choosing to no longer decarbonise, NZ is choosing to be poorer. Continued fossil fuel dependency means forever volatile import costs, increased public health burden, and international market risk. Economically stoopid.

People who don’t live hand to mouth REALLY have no idea what it’s like do they. The whole concept of no money left after basics is not something people who haven’t been there can grasp.

Watch this. Then remember that the president doesn’t care. He cares that his old ass gets richer in the hand full of years he may have left.

And his sick rich friends. The most corrupt evil man to ever serve as president is ignoring real evil

These ridiculous mega-projects like "datacenters in space" (doomed by thermodynamics) make a LOT more sense when you realize they're massive Ponzi schemes designed to transfer wealth from pension funds to VC's through "fee stacking."

It's the old Assets Under Management con. It should be illegal.
“.. Skeptics believe the technical risks are being underestimated and say space-based data centers won’t be competitive on cost, especially if power and other constraints ease on the ground.”

Or in this case, the equally extraordinary belief that either Ruth Richardson or Nicola Willis care about people

I've often said that the main thing that RWers believe about the economy is that the poors are getting too much of the money.

Hold that in your head when listening to Richardson talk about the effects of her policies on the poor & who it is that needs to sacrifice for the good of the economy.

Times New Roman is an imported font, developed for London newspaper The Times in 1931. You know what American-designed font cooked up in 1994 would be perfect for this regime? Comic Sans.
Marco Rubio ordered diplomats to return to using Times New Roman font in official communications, calling his predecessor's decision to adopt Calibri a “wasteful” diversity move
