The thing about tanking anxiety in XIV is that the game has simplified tanking to a degree where most tanks are actually just going "im da king of da highway" through the whole dungeon without pressing buttons, and you likely won't realize it unless you've played for like 7,000 hours. It's probably confirmation bias of the fact that magic players especially in commander games need to pronoun me more than random strangers but it does feel a little bad that that's where I get misgendered msot frequently these days :(

baby decided it was sick of waiting and came after 15 minutes of labor yesterday. all the nurses say shes crushing her goals and she’ll be fine (knock on wood). Jillian feels great and came home today! sadie is happy.

I think this is at the heart of why AI is useful to fascists. They seek to throttle the imagination, so people won't be able to think of ways to stop them. People won't be able to hope for anything better.
I spotted this on Mastodon and I find it horrible, not least for the speed with which this has happened.
