The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

This would be catastrophic to the household finances of every renter, dramatically increase homelessness for seniors & fixed income, all to boost landlord profits. Would destroy any slim chance of saving towards home ownership. Landed gentry pulling the ladder up & devastating ON society & economy.
In particular, they want leases to no longer necessarily remain in effect indefinitely, so that landlords have more options for creating tenant turnover.
