I think it was confirmed only one passage was cut in dark heir, a short bit about young indeviel 🦄 and visander... still absolutely infuriating, yes! 😫

as for the censorship in dark rise, I think it was confirmed that US edition cut only one paragraph in the second book, dark heir (which is maddening bc it was so randommmm.. author confirmed they had to fight censorship there).

I love that US censors went looking what to cut in Dark Rise to make it "proper YA", but got lost in the gay maze because... the walls of their enclosure? Gay coded. The floor? Sky? Air? All gay coded. They ended up trimming the smallest random gay bush... when the whole forest is gay to its roots.
