I’ve been able to confirm that these cuts impact people of a wide range of experience and seniority levels. Spoke with one person who has been there for well over a decade who was cut today. This is awful.

I’ve been able to confirm that these cuts impact people of a wide range of experience and seniority levels. Spoke with one person who has been there for well over a decade who was cut today. This is awful.
Incredibly upset that my favorite developer who in tow has the nicest employees are laying them off to replace them with AI.
It will never be the right direction to go.
My thoughts with my friends who were laid off as well as remain at Square Enix.
