HHS leaders are doubling down on harm. Their new “report” on gender-affirming care for minors is junk science. Skip it.

Check this out instead:

It links to real evidence-based research

Bottom line: Gender-affirming care improves mental health and saves lives

Boston's great, but with these 5 urban design changes, it would truly be an S tier livable city:

🚲 Protected bike lane network
🚶‍➡️ Pedestrian Newbury, Charles St, & Harvard Sq
🏊 Charles & harbor swimming areas
🚉 Frequent regional rail w/ North/South rail link
🌳 Dense zoning & urban growth boundary

Honestly, a really good article.

It's not just Fox News and MAGA that have made it hell for trans people in recent years.

It's some of the "liberal" news outlets and centrist publications that made this possible too.

Is there anything better than a project that improves transit and cycling?

Montreal’s sustainable mobility corridors (“corridors de mobilité durable”), like here on Henri-Bourassa, are transforming arterial roads with bus lanes *and* protected bike lanes at the same time.

Old Soviet joke for today:

A man walks into a newsstand every day, looks around, and leaves.

After a long time of this, the owner says “Can I help you find something?”

“I’m looking for the obituaries.”

“The obituaries are in the back of the newspaper, comrade.”

“Not the one I’m looking for.”

Mamdani: I would say that for the former governor to have spent an entire day speaking almost exclusively about me and barely about the New Yorkers who have been killed is indicative of the very politics New Yorkers want to leave in the past.

America deserves to know if his show was canceled for political reasons.
