My doc looked at me - a 37 yr old cis woman - right in the face and told me I might need to start taking low dose spiro because my T might be elevated.
Y'all, gender is just arbitrary.

I appreciate everything that Run For Something did while I ran for local office a few years ago, but I not only disagree with this, I'm a little offended. Getting to the center and sacrificing minority voices is not the way Dems can win in the future. Carrying everyone with us will win.

I don't know what this will look like, but at some point we need to figure out something about all the people who complained about cancel culture a few years ago who have fallen completely silent so we don't fall for this again
This week, I withdrew from a speaking engagement at a public university because they sent me a list of prohibited “words & concepts.” I will not humor this censorship. It does a disservice to the stories I’m discussing & the audience, who deserve unfettered access to information & conversation.
