—24 million Americans are not “very few people.”

—the subsidy expiration isn’t 4% of the increase; it’s 4 *percentage points* of the *gross* increase of 26%, or 15.4% of the gross increase.

—More importantly, it’s causing nearly ALL of the NET increase, which is what matters to enrollees.

For my last post of 2025, here's a look at a network of websites and social media accounts hawking #resistance- themed garments, frequently with slogans regarding U.S. National Parks.

As it turns out, the websites in question are likely operated from China.

Wild scenes. Absolutely wild. My brain can't comprehend this kind of behavior
ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

ICE agents illegally break into a woman's bathroom in a NY nutrition bar manufacturing plant. "Pull up your pants," says a male agent. The agents only had a warrant to review employer documents. They didn't have a warrant to search for, detain, or arrest anyone there.

It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

WOW: The DOJ has DELETED an image from its release of the Epstein files that shows photos of Trump in a drawer.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.

In the journalism world, Benny Johnson is best known for leaving two publications in disgrace, and for taking—inadvertently, he has said—money from a Kremlin-backed media organization.

Now, he’s something like the administration’s propagandist and content creator in chief.
