So at work the free guest wi-fi's IP is based in Ohio, and the YouTube videos instead have running in thr background are getting a lot of ads for antidepressants and migraine medicine.

I don't have a particular interest in this game. But I DO have an interest in Steam not being able to ban things willy-nilly with no explanation.
That sort of thing is one reason Steam is my last resort option for buying a game rather than my first choice.
