I remember Alicia Silverstone talking about getting weirded out by being nominated for the MTV Movie Awards' Most Desirable Female category for her performance in The Crush.
Even ignoring how problematic that category is by itself, she was 16 when the movie came out...

I do have a good thing to say about working designs. They took a chance on some games that otherwise wouldn't have released in the west.
After the massive success of the PlayStation, and FF7's mainstreaming of RPGs, other publishers stepped in and took up that mantle.
