Possibly the only poly trans lesbian compiler engineer who’s never worked on Rust.

Fan writer (current obsession: works of Alyson Greaves). Basic Balmung miqo’te. Works on Swift at the fruit company.

After the better part of a decade, I’m back on my fanfiction-writing bullshit!

“Invisible String” is based on "The Sisters of Dorley" by @badambulist.bsky.social. It's about a trans girl trying to transition, an ex-sponsor trying to help her, and the secrets they’re keeping from each other. 1/2

I first read about this case 16 years ago. It’s a hell of a thing to finally see the guy released.

Hayne and West, the bite mark “experts” who put Duncan and many other innocents in prison, have a lot to answer for.
Big news today: Chris Duncan, who spent decades on Louisiana's death row on 'junk science' until his conviction was overturned this spring, is being released today.

You'll remember this story from a few months ago, when his conviction was overturned: boltsmag.org/chris-duncan...

Jadzia Dax is so good because almost every writer other than Rick Berman knows she’s a transgender bisexual and keeps making jokes about it

Are we not even making our own disinformation? What happened to American manufacturing?
Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.

My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.

I became a compiler engineer because I wanted to replace a hundred-line Node.js app with Swift and got hopelessly lost in yak shaving.

Running through this made me about 10% more certain that I’m demi-adjacent, because what's keeping me out of the far left corner is a strong lack of interest in casual sex.
