"don't take the bait" fucking sucks as a message, especially when people are without exaggeration risking their lives standing up to and documenting ICE as it rips families apart and the state government does nothing
wooof having watched that presser just now, "don't take the bait" is a real shit thing to tell people who are, by all knowledge and information and evidence, acting in defense of themselves and their neighbors and their communities

While I’m not currently living there (moved for college), this really hits close to home for me. Minnesota is where I was born and raised, and it’s sad to see my fellow Minnesotans get treated like this. The one thing I know about Minnesotans, though, is that we’re strong. Keep standing your ground!

While I’m not currently living there (moved for college), this really hits close to home for me.
