Very excited to launch CELLOGRAMRx a joint project between Australia 🇦🇺 (NHMRC) & Japan 🇯🇵 (AMED) teams to build a pan cancer atlas of oncofetal cells, understand population level differences and identify novel therapeutic targets by employing spatial omics & machine learning approaches!
Garvan researchers will lead a project to map 2,000 cancer samples, aiming to understand why treatments vary across patients and cancer types. This initiative involves one of the largest collaborative cancer studies between Australia and Japan.
