As a Ukrainian, I can attest that in any war, Moscovia's main goal is to break enemy's dignity. Once your dignity is broken, you are halfway conquered by Russia. You can be bought, you can be scared, blackmailed - Moscovians are experts in all of that. Your only protection is maintaining dignity.

New: Texas released another round of data intended to show how much hospitals spend on care for undocumented immigrants.
But it excludes critical context, like how much of that cost is actually paid by undocumented patients, advocates say.
